The semi-annual event was upon us – the burpee challenge. Last summer the pax were strong enough to do 320, so today we needed to kick it up a notch. 15 pax showed and were ready to go. YHC gave the disclaimer and we were off.

THE THANG
Not a new thing for those familiar to Juggernaut. 6 stations that we would wear out. 20 exercises at each station.
1st lap – burpees and LBC’s = 60 of each
2nd lap – burpees and squats = 60 of each (some helped the pax out with an extra 5 burpees)
3rd lap – burpees and monkey humpers = 60 of each
4th lap – burpees and burpees = 120 burpees

Repeat the 5 to 1 count down again. Then 2 more burpees for good measure. 362 in all. GREAT JOB PAX!
