Over to the Stairs. Break into two groups. First group does one legged hops while other group does curls, shoulder presses, and tricep extensions with rocks. Round one, up stairs-10 burpees OYO-20 merkins together, back down to switch onto rocks lifts. Second round up stairs-10 burpees OYO-15 count Balls to Wall, back down to rock lifts. Third round up stairs -10 burpees OYO-25 LBC together, back down to rock lifts. Final round up stairs-5 burpees OYO- bear crawl down ramp, rock lifts
Recover on job over to new parking deck by Harris Teeter. Partner up and carry partner up one level of deck, flap jack. Next level wheel barrow walk and flap jack.
Jog over to fountain and three sets of irkins, derkins, and dips.
