After promoting a snowy workout and toting a FNG along for the ride, YHC had to settle with a FNG recant and a delay in the snow until after the workout. Alas, the snow would come and the FNG will as well. With no other FNGs in play & 6 PAX ready to go, no disclaimers were offered & we started.
Warmup: Run through the Parking Lot to the Rock Pile, 25 SSH, 25 Hillbillies, 15 GMs
The Thang:
Big MACS: Big=Big loop of running from parking lot to soccer field & back MACS= exercises per letter 200 reps
1st round- Big loop, then 100 Merkins & 100 freddy Mercuries (split up in 25 increments)
2nd round- Big loop, then 100 Air squats & 100 American hammers (split up in 50 increments)
3rd round- Big loop, then 100 Curls (with rocks) & 100 lbCs (split up in 25 increments)
4th round- Big loop, then 100 Step ups (boxer style) & 100 Stinkin dying cochroaches (split up in 50 increments)
No time for Mary– good thing we were Mary-ing all along. Announcements- The Mule, Prayers- YHC took us out.
