The Thang


For 3 minutes PAX completed as many rounds as possible followed by a rest for 2 min.  Rounds 1, 2, and 5 order was 3 Burpees, 6 Merkins, 9 Air Squats.  Rounds 3 and 4 3 Bodyshakers, 6 Supermans, 9 Get ups

After the 3/6/9s PAX performed 1 round of B.L.I.M.P.S. and circled for Mary

Praises and prayers abound, successful job interviews, homes closer to selling, homes found.  On the heavier side we had a sudden and unexpected death of a friend’s father, the shooting death of a retired ranger/US Marshal in PA while serving a warrant, family members still dealing with illnesses, job loss, and other struggles.
