Ten PAX rolled up for another morning of Zero Hour intensity.

THE THANG:

Jog to upper baseball field.

Warm up: SSH x 30; good mornings x 20; mountain climbers x 20; imperial walkers x 20; standard merkins x 10.

Jog to concrete bleachers in front of 12 year old league field.

Lebron Ladder:  Lebron box jumps up the concrete bleachers, 10 burpees at the top, back down to the bottom.  Keep going up and down with descending burpees at the top. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.  55 total burpees and 50 Lebron box jumps.  When finshed, start jogging laps around baseball field until all Pax complete.

Circle up in outfield for the Dirty McDeuce: 12 standard merkins, 12 prisoner squats, 12, LBCs; 12 wide merkins, 12 Dan Jansens, 12 rosalitas; 12 diamond merkins, 12 reverse lunges, 12 heels to heaven; 12 dry docks, 12 star jumps, 12 WWII sit ups.

Jog to plaground area for the Continuum.  Start at bottom of hill near parking lot, 5 Turkish get ups, run up grass hill to playground, 3 pull ups on swing set, 10 dips, run back down to bottom of hill.  Repeat for 8 minutes.

Head to sand pit.

Balls to wall merkins x 5, sprint length of sand pit, balls to wall merkins x 5, sprint length of sand pit, 20 count balls to wall, sprint length of sand pit, 20 count balls to wall, sprint length of sand pit.

Head to lower baseball field for Mary.

Cannon balls x 30, rosalitas x 30, freddie mercury x 30 – sprint to backstop and back. LBCs x 30, TD curl x 10 each side, russian hammers x 20, sprint to backstop and back.
