Pax trickled in. We had lower numbers than usual. Catalyst Ring of Honor inductee, Steroid, celebrated his 6 year F3 anniversary by Qing Ambassador on the other side of town which likely drew a mass of Midtowners. At least I hope so…the other reason could be that I’m just not that well-liked.

Return rocks and fellowship run off campus, to Camelot, hang a right on Lassiter to the charming little deck behind First Citizens Center Bldg.

Starting at bottom and running the ramp all the way to the top. On the south end of the deck, perform 10 Hand-release Merkins and on every north end perform 10 Plank Jacks. Repeato until you reach the top.
