16 PAX showed up on a miserably humid morning to celebrate Vandelay’s 2nd anniversary. The idea was to re-create V’s 1st post at Rameses. It also turned out to be great prep for next week’s Hell Week.

Warm Up:
SSH x10
Air Squats x10
WMH x10
Mountain Climbers x10
Merkins x10

The Thang:
Mosey halfway down Tarheel Warrior Mountain to start the beat down. Start with 10 squat jumps, sprint up TWM, 1 burpee, run down TWM and hold squat till all PAX arrive. Repeat with 9 squat jumps, 2 burpees, then 8 squat jumps, 3 burpees and so on until 1 and 10 were achieved (aka Jacob’s Ladder). Mosey over to the sand pit…bear crawl side 1 of volleyball courts, lunge walk side 2, crab walk side 3. After a short plank, repeato. Some suicides were planned on the tennis courts, but fortunately time ran out.

No time or energy for Mary.
