100 burpees to get things going up the parking lot. 10x reps to start and then 18 lines of 5.

Pax then split into 2 groups 12 x 8

1st group did walking lunges with a shoulder press of Subprime’s Cinder Blocks

2nd group did continuous sprints up hill until other group reached the top of parking lot.   Groups then switched

Pax then headed down into the belly of Tar Heel Warrior Mountain and Travel Burpeed up to the bottom of the parking lot and then right into bear crawl to the top.

Pax then circled down to the bottom of parking lot and did 4 continuous sprints up the parking lot – no rest

Mary – Plank holds and count offs by 20 seconds to a man around the circle
