23 PAX arrived on time (and two late) to Gordo’s VQ for a total of 25. It was a nice 61 degree morning.

The PAX moseyed to the parking lot for warm-ups:
25 SSH
10 arm circles front and back
10 Willie Mays Hayes
10 8-count Body Builders (Burpee with a scissor kick)

The Thang:
The PAX moseyed to the tennis courts for a darkly lit merkin suicide ladder, counting up, starting at 9 merkins in court 3 – 100 merkins total.

Next, the pax moseyed to the picnic table shelter and paired up for 150 buddy merkins (face-to-face, 150 total for the pair), followed by 120 buddy dips (120 total by pair) with other partner doing air squats, followed by 25 box jumps for each PAX on the picnic tables OYO.

Then for the fun…, a short mosey over to the hill starting at the middle section (bottom section was to dark):
Round 1: Bear crawl the first section, sprint the next (top of parking lot) followed by 20 WWII’s OYO.
Round 2: Run backwards up the first section (feel the thighs burning), then sprint the next, followed by 20 Body Builders OYO.

Mary: The PAX finished with an easy 50 long, slow, flutter kicks to get in some mary before wrapping up.
