Stairs to nowhere

 

EC: Burpee Stair Suicides. Split into two groups at the tops of two stair towers. 10 burpees, run down a flight and back up. 10 more burpees, down two flights and back up. Continue until the clock says stop.

Warm Up: SSH, IW, Mountain Climbers, Run/Backwards Run/Grapevine up the ramps.

Thang: Split pax into four groups into each of the four corners of the top floor of the deck. Each round consists of a set number of reps of a single exercise in each corner with a run in between. Added bonus: Down and back up at every stair tower passed.

  • Round 1: Star Jumps x20
  • Round 2: Diamond Merkins x10
  • Round 3: Squat Jumps x20
  • Round 4: Burpees – Progressive (x4, x8, x12, x16)

Peoples chair and balls to the wall between each round. Top it all off with some short Mary.
