You’ve heard about it, you’ve thought about it, now is the time to commit to it. Flood Zone launches tomorrow morning and promises to deliver. Official start is time tomorrow, 10/18 at 5:30 with and optional 5:15 start time for some extra credit. The regular workout will be no cakewalk but if your looking for a little extra 1st F, the 5:15 time is for you.
Meeting location is Crabtree Valley Mall on the bottom floor of the parking deck, outside of Panera. Park in the last two rows if possible to avoid any early morning mall traffic.
