Flood Zone 11/29

To avoid the flood of shoppers and deal-hungry mall goers next Friday, Flood Zone will move to Laurel Hills park for one week only. Also, to allow more time for the turkey/stuffing/merlot to digest, the start time will be 6:45 for the regular workout with an optional 6:30 time for 15 minutes of extra credit.

Laurel Hills park is on Edwards Mill Rd and is the same site where Dawn Patrol is held.

Also, there will be no Wolf Run this Friday, 11/29.
