Mosey to the third level bridge

Partner Up
P1 runs the set loop: down the stairs, across crabtree creek bridge, up edwards mill, and across the 3rd level bridge to the starting point
P2 does 5 pullups, 15 crossfit merkins, 25 LBC’s until P1 returns

Continue until each partner has run the loop twice

Mosey to the Rock Pile
Grab a Rock

10 count staggered merkin, each arm
25 count flutter kicks with rock above head
7 count staggered merkins, each arm
20 count flutter kicks with rock above head
5 count staggered merkins, each arm
25 count flutter kicks with rock above head

Return rocks to the pile and Mosey Home
20 count LBC’s

-Macgruber was out front all morning, but since he didn’t attend the whole workout, which starts at 5:15, he has to settle for his #participation_trophy. Luckily he has the Q at the next FZ
-We started the morning with 1 FNG but was reported as missing after the partner loops, hoping to see him at a workout again, or at least find him wandering the Crabtree Concrete Jungle at the next FZ
