The Danger Zone tackled the Filthy Fifty again today- lets just make this an annual event! We did it last year with 5 guys, this year we had 10. That is growth!!
Warmup:
Jog down to lower field for:
SSH x20
Imperial Walkers x20
Good Mornings x16
Fazio Arm Circles x16
Partner up in twos, jog down around the park, up the stairs, grab a rock, jog back to the playground.
The Filthy Fifty:
All exercises must be performed one at a time (do 50 reps before moving on), but they can be done in any order.
50x Walking Lunges

50x LBC
50x WWII situps
50x Merkins
50x Pullups
50x Burpees
50x Box Jumps
50x Knees to Elbows
50x Push Press (with rock)
The guys worked hard despite arms, legs and abs turning to Jello near the end.
