Warmup: SSH, Windmill, Willie May Hayes, Mtn Climbers, Merkins, Slow merkins

The Thang:

Run to I/M fields for 4 corners:

1st corner -10 burpees

2nd corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins

3rd corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 jump squats

4th corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 jump squats, 40 WWII’s

Mosey to Fetzer bleachers for 15 x derkins and 20 x box jumps. Two rounds

Return to field:

Run across 1/2 of field and do 10 burpees, 10 merkins, 10 jump squats and 10 WWII’s and return.

Next, run 3/4 of the field and repeat the above

Return to OEC. Ski abs until everyone arrives and then head to the bottom of Tarheel Warrior Mountain. Bear crawl halfway up and then run to the top, top of the parking lot
