SSH, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Squats, Mtn Climbers, Merkins, Slow Merkins
Head to bottom of Laurel Hill and Indian Run back up. Stop along the way for 15 merkins, 15 dips and then 15 burpees at the top
Head down to tennis courts for some Triple Threats. Teams of 3. 1st PAX in people’s chair and 2nd PAX planks while the 3rd PAX runs across 6 tennis courts and back. Rotate through all three positions. 2nd time through Balls to the Wall instead of people’s chair. Third time through, merkins instead of plank
