Some had been to the Blitz, some were in the midst of the Gobbler and some Steak & Eggs, but when the clock struck 6:15 am, it was all Ball Bearings at Fletcher Park.

The Thang:

Run down around the basketball court, up the trail around the lower field through the upper parking lot to the upper field, stopping five times along the way for a total of 100 miscellaneous merkins.

Warm Up:

SSH x 30, Windmills x 20; Imperial Walkers x 20; Sir Fazio Arm Circles x 20; Good Mornings x 20.

300 Yard Shuttles:

300 yard shuttle sprint on upper field, balls to the wall merkins x 10, prisoner squats x 20; carolina dry docks x 20; 300 yard shuttle sprint on upper field, alternating lunges x 20, spiderman merkins x 20, dan jansens x 20; 300 yard shuttle sprint on upper field, balls to the wall merkins x 10, prisoner squats x 20; carolina dry docks x 20; 300 yard shuttle sprint on upper field, alternating lunges x 20, spiderman merkins x 20, dan jansens x 20.

Jog to stone circle.

Bear crawl down burpee back to the top:

Line up along light post above stone circle, bear crawl down to stone circle, 10 burpees, run back up to light post line.  Repeat with descending burpees each time, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6.

Jog to lower field.

Mary – LBCs x 30; WWII sit ups x 30; Rosalitas x 20; TD Curl x 20 each side.

Jog to picnic shelter.

Dips x 15, incline merkins x 15, sprint to Washington Street and back, dips x 15, incline merkins x 20.

COT:

*No Pullen workout Saturday 4/12, get on the Mud Run bus or get to Catalyst.

*As always, we enjoyed the best view of the sunrise in all of Raleigh.
