Part A: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Merkins-Sprints-Squats
PAX gather at one end of the parking lot. Perform 10 merkins, sprint to the other side of parking lot, perform 10 air squats. Sprint back. Perform 9 merkins, sprint to the other side of parking lot, perform 9 air squats. Repeat 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Part B: 5-4-3-2-1 Drydocks-Walking Lunge-High Knee Jumps-Crabwalk
PAX gather at one end of the parking lot. Perform 5 drydocks, walking lunge to the other side of parking lot, perform 5 high knee jumps. Crabwalk back. Perform 4 drydocks, walking lunge to the other side of parking lot, perform 4 high knee jumps. Crabwalk back. Repeat 3-2-1.

Part C: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-6 Burpees-Merkins-WWIIs
PAX circle-up. On-your-own: Perform 10 burpees, then 10 merkins, then 10 WWIIs. Repeat 9-8-7-6-5-4-6.
