6 PAX showed up to an ice covered track for speed training at the Goat. Luckily the football practice field was cleared and we had the perfect workout for it. We included EDM music via a lighted Bluetooth speaker. For those unfamiliar with what EDM stands for, look it up on your AOL search engine!
Warm Up
Trying to get to the cleared field across ice…that’s all we needed.

Went to 60yds, with alternating % and variations of Mericans every other for 6 times, 40yds 4 times Mericans included, 20 yards 2 times Mericans included. Then, since we are so fast and still had time, we ran it back up from 20 to 100yds finishing with a 100 yd sprint at the end. This included alternating in ab workouts every other.
Wait…this is an hour long workout…one last thing. Ran to the middle of the field and made a circle around the magical EDM light speaker and proceeded to do Side Shuffle Hop while we “DDRROOOOPPPed” to Mericans at the appropriate time in the song. Continued for entire song (around 3-4 mins).
