Quick warm-up at the parking lot.

Mosey over to the top of the path that takes you down to the fancy parking lot with the statues.(launch point)

Partner up with someone similar in speed.

The Thang:

Run down left side of the museum to the picnic table area, 15 derkins & 15 box jumps each

Run back up to the launch point.

10 burpees & 10 WW2s

Run down the pathway, veer right and head towards the lake and stop at the “dock” by the lake, 15 Hand Released Merkins & 15 Squat Jumps……run back up to the launch point.

Always do the 10 burpees & 10 WW2s when you get to the launch point

Repeato tiill 6:10, and head back towards the parking lot.

Team with the most reps wins.
