Having nothing better to mumble chatter about this morning the Pax conjured Karl from the movie Sling Blade.  Karl fits in well at Cletus and various quotes kept the pax laughing though the pain.

Warmup:  Jog half lap to other side of the park, 20 Side Straddle Hop, 15 Good Mornings, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Quick Feet on curb

Meat of the workout was a Spartan 100.  Ten 100 yard sprints with 10 sets of 10 exercises in between sprints (dry docks, burpees, jump lunge, star jumps, squats, wide grip merkins, LBC, couple others I can’t recall)

Balls a Rama – Three sets of balls to wall in cadence to 20 count with three Mary exercises in between each set and plenty of Karl noises

Prayers for Dead Bolt’s and Yosef’s neighbors, one dealing with a job termination and the other sickness and potential job loss
