Indian Run with (a football, basketball and a tree log passing them back)
Good mornings x 11

4 corners (2 groups) x 2
group 1 – run to each of the 4 forners of parking lot and do 4 burpees at each corner
group 2 – spider man merkins to fail
Run to softball fields
Long ball (2 groups) for 10 mins
group 1 and 2 throw tennis balls to each other (numbered with 1, 2, 3) and which ever number was on the top is what excerise each group did 1 – 15 jumping lunges, 2 – 15 MT, 3 – people’s choice)
Group 1 – dragon walk from the pitchers mound to 1st then run the bases
Group 2 – frozen V- ups
Sprint from home to right field jog along the fence to left field then sprint from left field to home plate
