Three Pax braved the brutal 65 degree Durham morning for Riggs’ return to the Saturday F3 fold.  The VSF was planted and Riggs released some pent up beatdown…

One man calls out an exercise that the others do while he sprints 30 yards down and back, then next through the admittedly small line a few times.  There were burpees, merkins, CDDs, Russian hammers, 6″ leg raises, and some others.
