Aquaman and Diver Down relocating for the Summer

F3 Raleigh’s two popular swimming workouts are moving to a new pool location and slightly new times! Join the PAX for Diver Down and Aquaman at 0515 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Lakemont Swim Club. Remember to bring $4 for the lifeguard or have a Venmo payment ready. More information including the Q sheets are located here.
