This is what happens when Yo-Yo and Flatline brainstorm on a task big enough to challenge the stalwart PAX of HiFi.

Warm-up: 1 lap around the parking lot with some butt-kickers. Circle up for:
SSH x20
Frankenstein x10
Mountain Climbers x15
Fazio Arm Circles x10 (and reverse)

Turn right off-campus and head down the hill until we reach the turn-off to the Greenway. Stop. Turn around. Look up the hill. Settle in, we’re going to be here a while…

The thang:
Increasing hill repeats. Full speed up the hill, healthy jog back down. Plank at the bottom until PAX reform.
Round 1: Full hill (up to Ridge Road) and back. Plank. Prisoner Squats x20
Round 2: Full hill (up and back) and 1/2 hill (up to the school entrance) and back. Plank. Alternating Reverse Lunges x20
Round 3: 2 Full hill trips up and back. Plank. Prisoner Squats x10.
Round 4: 1/2 hill (just up)

… and return to our parking lot for COT.

Moleskin:
Go drive Horton Street next to Martin Middle school and you’ll understand how such a short write-up could absolutely smoke us. It was more of a hill than I had remembered, but this group was up for the challenge. Well done all. We’ll continue to attack this hill.

Happy Birthday to our man Munson! Thanks for sharing your morning with us.

Lots of interest and HCs for the Tar Heel 10-miler this April. Entrance into this race sells out quickly, so if you are at all interested, please check it out fast. Already a healthy contingent signed up to be there. Join them.

Never too early to start thinking about the Blue Ridge Relay, Sept. 5-6. F3 Raleigh is planning on at least 2 teams this year and we’d love to have more. Every member of F3 Raleigh is capable of contributing to this great team event. Ask any member of last-year’s team about their BRR story.

Enron closed our time in prayer.
