Stop me if you’ve heard this one, three guys walk into the gloom, a preacher, vasoline, and peak week.  Not a joke, but rather F3 Fuquay and behind Howard’s leadership another downpainment was delivered Wednesday morning.  After a tour of all of the Action Park attractions we got into the meat of this workout filling our ark with bears, gorillas, crabs, and ducks, at the direction of our modern day Noah.  Though I think we may have come up short on ducks, we should have plenty of the rest.

The Thang:

Warm up:  SSH X 25, Imperial Walkers X 20, Mtn Climbers X 20, Fazios x10

Stop Watch Merkins on Hill, 5 merkins at 12 o’clock position, 5 at 3, 5 at 6, 5 at 9.  Back down to parking lot for 20 squats.  Repeat three times

Off to Baseball field for four outfield length sprints with five burpees after each sprint

Off to concession stand for three rounds of peoples chair into single leg peoples chair with wall dips mixed inbetween

Off to the Ark (tennis courts) to load up on bears, gorillas, crabs, and ducks.  Bear walk across two courts, gorilla across two courts, crab forward across two courts, crab back across two courts.  2 sets
