Tone Loc

YHC told the PAX about the disclaimer, but not sure that counts for actually saying the disclaimer.  Dufresne was feeling tightness in his right lung yesterday, but gutted through and increased reps on all of his upper body exercises.  Dufresne had the music pumping which kept spirits high as we motored through PT.  YHC confesses to losing count at one point when hearing Tone Loc’s Funky Cold Medina on the radio.  Managed to snap out of 1989 and return to the work at hand.

The Thang:
Leg Presses – Left and Right Legs, sets of 10
Leg Lifts – Left and Right Legs, sets of 10
Leg Rolls – Left and Right Legs, sets of 10
Leg Holds – Left and Right Legs, sets of 10
Core Sit Ups – 10 count x 8
Elbow/Bicep Squeezes – Left and Right Arms, sets of 20 x 2
Diamond Arm Push – sets of 20 x 2

COT:
Prayers for strength for Dufresne, MDufresne (Erica), and his two 2.0s.  The goal is to bear weight on his legs by the end of February 2014.  Let’s do this!
