In honor of the World Cup, we decided to “kick-it” up a few notches this morning. Twenty-Eight PAX shuffled, kicked, and sprinted their way through a well-balanced workout.
One easy lap around the Fetzer track.
Warm-up:
20 x SSH
10 x Arm Circles
10 x Imperial Walker
10 x Merkins
10 x WWII
The Thang:
One set of Fetzer Stairs, followed by plank on the track.
Move to turf field for two group sessions:
Group 1 – Soccer Shooting Drill followed by:
  1.  10 x Merkins
  2.  10 x Burpees
  3. 10 x WWII
  4. 10 x LBC
  5. 10 x WWII
Set of three
Group 2 – Suicide sprints/Lateral Cross-Run
Set of three
Groups switch at the end of their sets.
Next, entire group runs to each corner of the turf field to complete the following:
10 x Merkin
10 x Burpee
10 x LBC
10 x WWII
