3 of us showed up at that parking lot across from the fire station and got after it post Christmas. YHC assumes everyone in the group felt bad about some of the things they had eaten during the holidays so running and ab work were in order.

Run from said parking lot to Yadkin Bank Branch and stop at every intersection in between for merkins, starting with 5 and increasing by 5 each time. We did 75 by the time we got the bank for the quantitative readers of this backblast.

I appreciate Kenny Loggins and Tony Robbins being out there this morning. Good to learn a little more about them and the Gloom would have been particularly quiet with any less people.
Tony Robbins lead us out into the day with some thank filled words that go me thinking. Low numbers this post-Christmas week, probably because it is hard for people to post; lots of obligations with family, friends, travel, etc and I hope that is the case and not a rampant epidemic of fartsacking and food comas that have spilled over into midweek. Seriously though, if what keeps you out of the gloom is family/friends/food/holiday cheer then that is great; that is the important stuff we stay fit for. However, there a lot of people in our RDU/NC community for whom the Holidays are not happy. They probably aren’t posting because they aren’t in such a good place or they haven’t had someone positive come along and bring em to a workout. Be that dude in 2017 y’all.
