Eighteen PAX turned out for a reprise of sorts of a workout led by YHC some months ago when there was a tad more light to show the way. Following the warm up, we headed out into the gloom for a two-mile jaunt interspersed with exercises designed to break the monotony and if not the spirit.
Warm up:

– Imperial Walker
– Arm circles/reverse
– Willie Mays Hayes
The Thang:
Head out of the parking lot and down Culbreth Road. Stop at the oval wall at Hillsong Church for Dips (in cadence, x20) and Merkins (in cadence, x20). Continue down hill, stopping at the tunnel under Culbreth Road for People’s Chair-O-Rama (each PAX giving a 10 count while holding the position). Head up Fan Branch Trail, stopping at each of the three bridges along the way to Southern Village for 20 Burpees OYO. Turn right on Parkview Crescent, stopping at the wall for three sets of Dips (in cadence, x20). Run up Highgrove Drive, turning right onto Gardner Circle and into the cul-de-sac that backs up to Culbreth’s track. Merkins while waiting for all the PAX to convene. Fellowship jog back to the school.
