Stretched the legs out by doing some Frankenstein Kicks, High Knee Pulls and Hip Openers

The Thang:

Round 1:

10 Dauber’s NFT each Arm
5 Turkish Getups each Arm
Sprint and such the pavilion

After the first round Pax decided which exercise would be dropped.  Pax decided on no more Turkish Getups

Round 2:

25 Kettlebell Swings

Sprint and such the pavilion

Round 3:

It was also decided that we would do Balls to the Wall at the pavilion while we waited for the six.
