Prologue:
This is my twentieth and final Q of the 2020 Q Challenge.
I’ve been anticipating this workout since I planned my Q calendar for the challenge. Both looking forward to completion and anxious to see if I would have to reschedule due to another COVID lockdown, this date has been on my mind for a while. Knowing time was short, I gave a quick disclaimer and very abbreviated warm up to get started.
Warm Up:
Side Straddle Hops (SSH) x10 In Cadence (IC)
Good Mornings x5 IC
Imperial Walkers x10 IC
Main Event:
Mosey to the open field opposite the gas tanks for a 12 Days of Christmas themed workout (a pretty common F3 workout theme this time of year). Effort was made to include some running each cycle, but between time constraints and damper than expected ground conditions an audible was called to limit group movement.

Naked Moleskin:
Congratulations to Ollie and Wolverine on earning your shirts!
T-claps Duff for all you do, known and unknown, for the Arena. The Arena is an important outreach for F3 Raleigh and if you can find a way to post or Q once in a while, it’s a win-win. Duff puts in a lot of effort and would love your help.
Today was a big F3 day for me; not only did I complete the Q Challenge, but I also (finally) completed the 5 Points Triple this morning. A great way to end the year, and I appreciate all the PAX helping me get there.
Qing the 12 Days of Christmas is a P.I.T.A. Between trying to remember the song, remember the exercise, manage the Weinke, and manage the PAX, it is its own unique challenge. Multiple T-claps to CPA extraordinaire Epoxy for helping remind me where I was.
I made it! It’s hard for me to believe it’s actually done. I can’t recommend the Challenge enough. I’ve really benefited from the push to meet new PAX and to hold myself more accountable both in fitness and in leadership. I’ll very likely do something similar next year, even if there isn’t an official challenge and I recommend you try the same.
This was my twentieth and final #F3Q20 #2020Challenge Q. Merry Christmas, and may 2021 be much better than 2020 for all of us!
