It was a beautiful warm spring morning. The pollen was flying (which made YHC choke and gag). Pain was in the air. On this day after Easter some of our regulars weren’t among us. We are assuming they are recovering from a jellybean induced comas. Six stalwart men chose to start the new work week with some extra effort.

2 Step Lunge Walk 2 Squats continue all 45 yards.

Low Slow Flutters
Crunches with a hold at every 5.

YHC continues to be grateful to F3 for the bonds of brotherhood built through sweat and pain. Great to have Gazelle from Greenville with us. He is aptly name – he loped along as the rest of us huffed, puffed and wheezed our way through the workout. His bear crawl speed rivals that of White Shoe and Denali. And we were blessed to have Ponzi back out. Hope you’ll keep at it.
