Run to five story parking deck for backwards run up the ramps and karaoke on the flats to the top.

Break for a round of Buns of Steel x 35 ea side at the top

Jog down a greenway
Finish some High slow flutters x 30
Bear crawl up some steps
Plank walk down a corridor
Wheelbarrow up a ramp
And jog it back to the start.

Unfortunately my watch changed itself durning the wheelbarrows, so I owe the pax in attendance an additional 4 minutes of their exercise of choice. See me for your voucher.
