The appointed time had come, the shovel flag was planted.  Three warriors stepped from the gloom and entered the arena to battle the weakness of flesh and heart.

THE THANG:

Warm up on the stone circle with Side Shuffle Hop x 20, Mountain Climbers x 15, Windmills x 15 and Imperial Walkers x 15

Mosey to the South side of the lake steps for Quick Feet x 15 and Burpees x 3. Rinse, Lather, and Repeat.

Over to the Fountain pond that has no fountain for Derkins x 10, Squats x 15, Merkins x 10, Squats x 15, Inerkins x 10, Squats x 15, Repeato at 8 and 10 counts.

Cross Country Run to the Tennis Courts  for Plank-o-rama. High Plank x 10, Plank jack x 10, Putin x 10, Sarkozy x 10, Reverse Plank x 10

Saunter to upper Pool Lot for Karaoke across the Parking lot – There and back and back again.

 

Stroll to the garden stair for Robert Plants x 2

Slide down to the Playground.  At the swing set Inverted Rows x 10 and Offset Merkins x 10, do it again so we can switch our lead hands.

Bear Crawl half way around the grass island.

Find a nice spongy spot under the playground equipment for quality time with Mary. Little Baby Crunches x 15, Froggys x 10, RosaDollies x 15, Russian Hammers x 10, Oblique Crunches x 10, Windshield Wipers x 10, 6 Inch Leg Hold around the circle with an 8 count.

COT as we journeyed back to the car.

NAKED MOLESKIN:

Another small group for our FNG friendly workout.  YHC was confused when his magic WIB was finished and there was still 10 minutes left for the workout.  How can this be?  After an existential crisis, the Q decided to give everyone a few minutes off.  Won’t let people escape next week.
