Bigger crowd this morning at the True Grit – 17 evolutionaries showed up for this morning’s fun.  A few of which were seen posting as early as 0500 with strange devices strapped to their backs.

Mosey to Warm Up Field to Warm Up

  • SSH 30x, Windmill 30x, Mountain Climber 30x

Mosey to Hill near Pull Up Bars and Pair Up, One Pair at a time sprints back to pull bars and does AMRAP pullups while rest of pax does

THE DARWIN

  • Sprint up Hill
  • inchworm 10 yds
  • crab walk 10 yds
  • alligator crawl 10 yds
  • bear crawl 15 yds
  • human sprint back to bottom of hill

Once Pair 1 gets pack from pullups entire pax does: 5x each of: Merkins, Dry Docks, Prisoner Squats

Repeat this process as pairs 2 thru 6 run to the pull up bars for amrap pullups with pyramiding counts on the Merkins-Dry Docks-Prisoner Squats (5x-10x-15x-15x-10x-5x)

COP at top of hill while final three pairs do their amrap pullups – each pair calling an amrap exercise for the group before they sprint to the pullup bars.  The three COP amraps were: Rosalitas, WW2 Situps and Alternating Lunges.

Mosey back to Warm Up field for Plankorama (high plank 20x->TD curl (R) 20x->TD Curl (L) 20x->Low Plank 20x)
