The Thang:
Mosey over to student entrance for some hill work:
1. Sprint hill and plank at top- Carolina Dry Docks x 20 (IC)
Mosey back to bottom
2. Travel Burpees to the top – plank and wait for Pax – Carolina dry docks x15 (IC)
Mosey back to the bottom
3. lunge walk then 10 CDD
4. Bunny hop then 5 CDD

Mosey back to the other end of parking lot and Partner up

With your partner Wheel barrow up the hill to the circle switch when needed & Crawl bear around the “small brick” circle and mosey back down hill
rinse repeat (This was harder than expected and YHC was being cussed at, including cursing himself)!

Make your way to the guard rail for the Dip pyramid – up to 10 and back down

Long mosey back for 6min of Mary
