YHC mentioned that today’s workout might be tough, but 17 Pax braved it anyway and started their week off right.  We payed homage to the Heels breaking into the top 25, did some burpees, bear crawled a bit and we were done.  Good workout…

WARMUP

SSH X 20, IW X 20, Good morning X 10, 17 burpees OYO (in honor of the Heels being ranked 17 now!)  We lined up for an Indian run and we were off.

THE THANG

Indian run to Rangecrest.  Explained that we’d make a few trips over this mountain.

First trip – 10 burpees, bear crawl to the top, 10 burpees, reverse bear crawl to bottom, 10 burpees, and back over the same way.  (Reverse bear crawling is surprisingly difficult…)

Second trip – 20 monkey humpers, backwards run up hill, 20 humpers at the top, run down the hill, 20 humpers at bottom, and back over the same.

Last rip – 10 squats, partner carry to the top (alternating as necessary), 10 squats, crab walk down, 10 squats, and back over the hill the same.  Modified on the way down to run for sake of time.  (No one complained…)

Indian run back to the lot and 17 more burpees to cheer on the Heels.  Great work pax!

Noriega updated answers to prayer for his friend with PTSD.  Praise God.
