21 Pax showed up after a weekend that involved both the BRR and the 9/11 stair climb at Carter Finley Stadium.  Both epic events.  Nonetheless, despite sore legs, the spirit was strong this morning and the PAX gave it their all.

Warm up:  We started things off with a little Yoga this morning to stretch out the sore legs from the eventful weekend with a Vinyasa Flow including various planks and positions for both stretching and strengthening. Overall the PAX were in the plank position for ten10 minutes straight.  Followed by 20 SSH and Sir Fazio Arm Circles. We then ran around the loop to stretch out the legs.

The Thang: To the hut for 4 rounds of 10 pull-ups, Erkins, Dips and WW2.  The rafters creaked a bit under the weight.  Then to the short retaining wall for a set of 11’s with box jumps and Derkins. Then to the tennis courts for Balls to the wall counting down the line and back.  Sprinted two lengths of the tennis courts and then peoples chair with counting down and back twice to make sure everyone felt the burn.

Mary: Various and Sundry Ab workouts including but not limited to low slow flutter, Windshield wiper, LBC, Box Cutter, and American Hammer.  We finished out with some leg stretches.

Announcements included a shoutout to the organizers of the 9/11 stair climb.  It was an amazing and powerful event. Prayer requests for families struggling.  YHC led us out in prayer.

Strong work, Men. It was an honor to be a part of this workout with you.  Until next time,
