CountryWide and I walked in Dufresne’s castle yesterday and were met by M Dufresne for the first time.  Had a good conversation with her and spoke to PackMan who was a little under the weather.  We talked about next week’s F3 Christmas Party, and told Erica we were all excited that they would be coming….especially mentioned how pumped Cinderella gets every single time he talks about Dufresne!   Erica mentioned Dufresne was tired, but ready….so we went upstairs and got on it!

THE THANG:

  • Leg Presses  x 20 (this and all other Cadence Counts were 4 Counts)
  • Leg Rolls x 20
  • Leg Lifts x 20
  • Chicken Wings x 15
  • Pile Drivers x 15
  • Fly Swatters x 15

We had a few 10 counts, and while Dufresne was notably tired and having difficulty breathing, he didn’t let up!  Since we ended a little early, it gave CountryWide and me time to talk quite a bit with Dufresne.  What a BLESSING to hear CountryWide lay his Heart open to Dufresne and for Dufresne to respond in the way that can only be described as SPECIAL!  Countrywide ended by reading the day’s Jesus Calling Devotion as listed below, and finished with a powerful Prayer to our Lord.

Dufresne, just got word you have gone to the hospital for a partially collapsed lung. Tony Robbins sent out word and you have many PAX Praying for you Brother!

Jesus Calling Devotion

I am taking care of you. Feel the warmth and security of being enveloped in My loving Presence. Every detail of your life is under My control. Moreover, everything fits into a pattern for good, to those who love Me and are called according to My design and purpose.

Because the world is in an abnormal, fallen condition, people tend to think that chance governs the universe. Events may seem to occur randomly, with little or no meaning. People who view the world this way have overlooked one basic fact: the limitations of human understanding. What you know of the world you inhabit is only the tip of the iceberg. Submerged beneath the surface of the visible world are mysteries too vast for you to comprehend. If you could only see how close I am to you and how constantly I work on your behalf, you would never again doubt that I am wonderfully caring for you. This is why you must live by faith, not by sight; trusting in My mysterious, majestic Presence.

We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.
—Romans 8:28 amp

Then Job replied to the Lord: “I know that you can do all things; no plan of yours can be thwarted. You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my counsel without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know.”
—Job 42:1–3

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
—1 Peter 5:7

We live by faith, not by sight.
—2 Corinthians 5:7
