As I backed out of my garage, I heard the first thunder crack. I couldn’t turn back as I had committed to Q the ground and pound and I had 60 minutes of workout to cram into 45. The thunder and lightning persisted as I pulled into the AO. Mr. Hand arrived later and we both tested all that Garner’s 4G LTE network had to offer and compared the merits of weather apps.
Soon enough the time came to start this thing, How did we know, you ask? Because Tardy arrived!!

Announcements: Convergence at Chavis Park in two weeks. Flouride’s virgin Q next Thursday – be there or be square.
Prayers for Tardy (Spartan Challenge) Peak Week and Blue Hen (Rock and Roll Marathon) and all brothers in the Mud Run.
Naked Moleskin: Always an honor to be in the gloom with you men. Even more of an honor to lead. There is no way I would have been there this morning without the accountability and the strong friendship that we bond. Thanks for making me stronger and faster every time I post.
