‘My God It’s Full Of Stars!’. The crystal clear sky this morning after a day of long cold hard rain brought out 20 strong men to The Cougar. After exchanging some pleasantries and mumblechatter in the parking lot, we rounded up and got to work.

MAIN EVENT
After the Whip It warm up the PAX was eager to move to the track and find out what lay ahead. Well, YHC will tell you what lay ahead, lots of exercises in Indian style.

Two lines of 10 for a bear crawl indian style.

20 WWIIs

Cinder block burpee pass along(Thanks to French Lick for a helpful in-game decision. YHC should have thought that one out more, oh well, you win some you lose some)

20 WWIIs

Two lines of 10 for a side step squat Indian style around the track

20 WWIIs

Two lines of 10 for a walking lunge Indian style

20 WWIIs

The PAX was almost dizzy from the laps around the track and so it was time to bid farewell to the track and head back to the parking lot. Next it was time for the bear crawl weave through the parking lot drop off line orange cone thingys that YHC has been eyeing for about a year now. The PAX was concerned about the weave under the chains and YHC had to assure them that the low hanging plastic chain would not hurt them. DOI, always looking out for his flock, did a quick cone thingy adjustment and we were safely on our way. Again, always the Shepard, DOI took time out of his busy weave to pay complement to Homes, stating that it looks like he’d really been working out. When we were all weaved out the PAX headed over to the wall for some dips and derkins and box jumps. Full disclosure, when YHC overheard a PAX member say ‘This is your favorite, right Homes?’, YHC knew that the amount of planned box jumps just doubled. Be careful what you say, YHCs are always listening. After several rounds of dips(left leg up, right leg up) and derkins(left leg up, right leg up, 1 armed(jk)) and more box jumps YHC could sense that the PAX was ready to move on. Lucky for them time was up and we headed back to home base.

COT
Welcome FNG Whiteout. The PAX set a new naming record for a FNG in under 2 seconds. DOI came strong with Whiteout. There was no hesitation from the PAX, and Whiteout it was. 1 name, 2 seconds, beat that!

Progress not perfection. Have a good week.
