Four PAX took on the November cold, one in t-shirt and one missing gloves and looked to beat “The Triangle” into submission.

  • A run around the loop

  • Leg ups X 20
  • Leg raises X 20
  • Repeat

To Grass for “Welcome to the Triangle”

Three stations, starting with 7 at each a) Burpees, crab walk to b)Russian Hammers,  bear walk to c)Merkins, lunge walk back to a).  Continue station rotation and count down for 15 solid minutes of triangular pain and sweat.

Except for Key West’s bare hands, no one was cold by the time we were done.  Good spirits and enthusiasm all around!  Great to begin a Friday with such high quality PAX.
