A new addition was added to the F3 family this week.  Elmer Fudd and the lovely Mrs. Fudd brought Piper into the world.  Fudd being true to form came directly from Rex Hospital to post at DP.  Not sure if he was looking for a workout as much as he was looking for a different environment from the hospital.  Either way great job, Fudd.  Prior to Fudd showing up there was a thought going around to Indian Run to Rex Hospital to stir up the babies – that got dashed with Fudd showing up.   18 young men,(Q can say that as I am old as dirt and twice as dusty) came out on a beautiful Spring morning.  Somehow we dodged the wet weather prediction from our friendly weather people, no FNG’s so a quick introduction/disclaimer and we start with a warm up jog around the parking lot.  Circle Up for

Moleskin:  Coming into the workout this morning I was encouraged that the weather man had slightly missed the prediction of rain showers as it was a great day to be with my F3 brothers working out and sweating.  The park is coming along and it will not be long before we will be able to implement the new playground for some exciting fun and games.  We live in a wonderful city and F3 is an integral part of the leadership growth within.  As I look around the Pax I see leaders in their vocations, in the community and in their families.  The excitement of Elmer Fudd with his new addition to his family gave me chills, seeing Larry David and Baby Farley for the first time in forever made me happy.  I am honored and humbled to be your Q for the day. Carpe Diem!!
