The Thang
Mosey to the bottom of the handrails along the ramp
Plank-walk up facing one direction, head back around and go up again facing the other direction, squat-hold till everyone’s done. Rails ended up getting a little wet, but I don’t think we had any injuries.
Jog around to the far side of the school.
Partner up, size doesn’t matter
- Partner #1 runs across to bottom of hill, bear crawls up hill, crab walks back down the hill, and then runs back to the side of the school while partner #2 does Balls to the Wall, then switch
- Partner #1 does same trip to/up/down/back from hill while partner #2 does People’s Chair, then switch
- Partner #1 does same trip to/up/down/back from hill while partner #2 does Ski Abs, then switch
Squat hold while everyone finishes, then we jog across the front of the school and across the walkways/parking lots to the sideline of the big soccer field.
- Partner #1 runs across the field and back while Partner #2 does burpees, then continue to switch until 80 burpees completed per team
- Partner #1 runs across the field and back while Partner #2 does sumo jump squats, then continue to switch until 120 jump squats completed per team
- Partner #1 runs across the field and back while Partner #2 does LBCs, then continue to switch until 200 LBCs completed per team
Squat hold while everyone finishes, then jog over to the tennis courts and line up along the sideline. (Someone called out that YHC should watch the time here, but I was and we packed all we could into our full 45 minutes)
Karaoke across both courts and back twice

Run forwards to far end of first court, run backwards back to sideline, forwards to near end of far court, backwards back to sideline, forwards to fence, backwards to sideline
