Vandelay did a version of his first post to exact revenge on the pax in his first Q:

Warm UP:

  • SSH: 20
  • Arm Circles: 20
  • Willie Mays Hays: 15
  • Merkins: 10

Vandelay wasted no time with the warm up, eager as he was to get to the BFH that Ramses is so famous for.

The pax jogged half-way down the BFH. We were told to remember that point. We then jogged to the very bottom of the BFH. Instructions were

  • Sprint to the middle then 20 merkins
  • Sprint to the top then 10 lunges
  • Sprint to the top of the parking lot then 10 burpees.

The next round

  • Sprint to the middle: 20 merkins
  • Backpedal to the top: 10 Lunges
  • Sprint to the top of the lot: 10 Burpees

And finally the killer

  • Backpedal to the middle: 20 Merkins
  • Sprint to the top: 10 Lunges
  • Backpedal to the top of the lot: 10 Burpees

Wuerffel started with a Ring of Fire (It burns burns burns!)

  • One pax did 5 merkins while the rest of the pax stayed in plank. X2

Then to the bottom of the parking lot for a short escalator

  • 15 SSH to bear crawl
  • 15 lateral lunges, 10 SSH to bear crawl
  • 15 merkins, 10 lateral lunges, 10 SSH to bear crawl

And finally 7 or possibly 8 minutes of Mary, everyone facing up hill.
