It was a little warmer than expected. there was still a little chill in the air, but we won’t feel it. There were only 4 in South County willing to leave the fartsack and start the week off right. But 4 is enough. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise during Mary. Almost reason enough to hit the gloom this morning.

Side Straddle Hops x 25
Imperial Walkers x 25
Mountain Climbers x 25
Sir Fazio Arm Circles x 10 x 10
Starfish – 5 cones laid out 15 yards from center cone.
Bear crawl out to a cone perform exercise bear crawl back perform 10 Side Straddle Hops move to the next cone. Exercises at cones were 5 Burpees, 10 Star Jumps, 15 Merkins, 20 Squats, 25 LBCs
Mosey to the Hill
Run backwards up the hill and bear crawl down and complete exercise. Do five times. Exercises 10 LBCs, 20 LBCs, 30 LBCs, 40 LBCs, 50 Reverse LBCs
Head back to the Starfish for a merkin starfish. Replace bear crawl with lunge walk. Exercises were 5 diamond merkins, 10 offset merkins, 10 offset merkins other side, 10 regular merkins, 10 wide grip merkins
Saunter to the light pole for a little Mary.
