Tomorrow’s installment of the Judge will be epic…so, epic. Just kidding. It will be slightly above average like all of us kids in Lake Wobegon but you don’t want to miss it.

Partner up and mosey down to the end of the parking lot. COP.

From here, we’re going to make stops at each island and do an exercise (I’ll pick it during the morning instructions) five times. After completing the island hop (I just came up with that one – genius – ha), we have two stops on the speed bumps. Exercises at the speed bumps are always ten derkins off your partners back.

Next, we’ll run all the way down to the bottom of the hill (near the maintenance house) and you’ll do ten burpee.

Then, you’ll run up the hill and over to the picnic tables for ten left/right step ups and ten box jumps.

Finally, you’ll run toward the stairs next to the building (near the amphitheatre) and you’ll hop up the stairs.

Run back to the end of the parking lot and do it again. We’ll try to do three laps.
