Good things this morning from a Pax of 4.  Here is what we did:

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Windmill x 20 IC
  • Mountain Climber x 20 IC
  • Standard Merkin x 20 IC
  • Imperial Walker x 20 IC
  • The plan is to do a course around the park at different stations where we keep moving for the remainder of the time, and do as many laps as possible.  YHC set the goal of 5 laps but we were only able to get 3 done this morning.  I think with some pushing, we could achieve 4.
    • 4 Corners at Track – 5 Jump Squats at each corner, run to
    • Bear Crawls at Road Hill x 5
    • Run to Playground, 5 Pullups, 5 Leg Raises
    • Run to to fieldhouse – 5 Verkins
    • Repeat 2 more times
  • Finish with Balls to the Wall 30 count
