Pre-Ruck at 5:15am was Mr. Hand & YHC. (Stairs suck)

YHC was glad to see PAX rolling in to better themselves in the gloom. No FNGs so we were off.

  • Mosey down to lower parking lot for COP
  • SSH 25x
  • Good mornings 15x
  • Imperial Walkers 20x
  • 5 Burpees OYO
  • 10 Merkins OYO

Mosey to the soccer field (which is 2 fields connected, which means its really long)

  • Circle up for Burp n Merk (Burpee with increasing merkin with every burpee)
  • 1st round of BurpNmerk was up to 10.
  • Recover on the line. Sprint 100 yards and back.
  • 2nd round of BurpNmerk was up to 5.
  • Recover on the line. Sprint 50 yards and back. Plank when done.
  • Recover on the line. Sprint again 50 yards and back. Plank when done.
  • Next Exercise is the Merkin CLOCK (for every number on the clock you did that number of reps facing that position) = 78 merkins (Direction was Clockwise)
  • Recover on the line. Sprint 100 yards. Plank when done.
  • Merkin CLOCK (Counter Clockwise)

Recover on the line for Indian Run around the MASSIVE field.

  • Head back to the cars for some MARY
  • Reverse LBC 35x
  • Freddie Mercury 15x
  • Protractor
  • The Nippler  15x
